A call for Recruitment has been released by NTPC-SAIL Power Company Limited (NSPCL), located in New Delhi, for several positions. The positions of Lab Assistant Trainee and Diploma Trainee are included in this Recruitment. This is an excellent chance for young people who have completed their diploma. A total of 30 positions—24 for diploma trainees and 6 for lab assistant trainees—will be filled through this recruiting drive, per the notification that was released. Candidates from the general category must pay a Rs. 300 application fee to be considered for the job. However, candidates from other categories—such as women and members of Scheduled Tribes and Castes—will not be charged a fee. All applicants need to remember that we can only accept online applications. Applying requires carefully reading all terms and conditions because once the fee is deposited, it cannot be reimbursed.

NTPC-SAIL Power Company Limited (NSPCL) has also made public the selection procedure for hiring Diploma Trainees and Lab Assistant Trainees. The selection of candidates will be based on their performance as per their merit in an online examination.
This online exam will have two major sections.
The first section will consist of an Aptitude Test, which will have a total of 50 questions. This test will be based on questions related to General English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning. The second section will be a Technical Knowledge Test, which will have 70 questions. This test will assess the technical knowledge of the candidates in the respective subjects.
