ATM on Train: The Panchvati Express, which travels from Mumbai to Manmad, now has an ATM for its passengers. The AC chair car coach of train number 12109 now has this ATM installed. The Bank of Maharashtra has assisted Indian Railways in this endeavor. At the end of the train, it is situated in a cubicle. Near it is a tiny pantry area as well.

I say this because Indian Railways has lately begun providing passengers with an ATM facility on trains. The first train in the nation to do so is the Mumbai Manmad Panchvati Express.

What is the design of this ATM?

To keep robbers away, this ATM is attached to a sturdy shutter door. The way this ATM is configured allows it to function properly even in a moving train. People won’t have to worry about money anymore because of the ATM. Additionally, they will be allowed to take money out of the train and spend it as they see fit. The Manmad Railway Workshop created this ATM specifically. Extra care has been taken to ensure that the ATM functions correctly, even on a high-speed train, from the electrical support to every other structural element.

“The train arrived in Mumbai this morning with an ATM coach attached,” Railways Chief Public Relations Officer Dr. Swapnil Neela told the journalists. This is a novel endeavor, and we anticipate that the passengers will find this facility to be quite helpful.”

The Panchvati Express is a daily superfast train that travels to Manmad Junction (MMR) from Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT).
