RRC NR Recruitment 2025: On its official website, the Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) has published the official announcement for several Group C and Group D positions. Applicants may apply if they meet the academic requirements for these positions in Levels 1 and 2 of the Pay Matrix 7th CPC for the 2025–2026 Northern Railway Scouts and Guides quota. Candidates who meet the requirements may apply online for these positions by June 22, 2025, at the latest. Candidates will be chosen for these positions based on their performance in the online written exam, which will take place on July 22, 2025.

RRC NR 2025 Qualifications

Candidates must meet the post-specific eligibility requirements listed in the notification to apply for these positions.

Group C

(A) Must have earned at least 50% of the possible points overall in 10+02 (+2 stage) or its equivalent test from an accredited Board. Candidates with better qualifications than intermediate, such as graduation or post-graduation, and those who are SC, ST, or former service members are exempt from the 50% mark requirement. Matriculation/SSLC plus ITI from accredited NCVT ISCVT (OR) Matriculation/SSLC plus a completed Act Apprenticeship are required for technical positions.

Group D

Civil engineering, mechanical, electrical, and science and technology require a 10th grade diploma plus an NCVT-issued National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) or a 10th grade diploma plus ITI.

For other departments: NCVT-awarded National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC), ITI or its equivalent, or a 10th-grade diploma.
