Rajasthan VDO Vacancy 2025: Apply for Village Officer Posts Now

Recruitment has been announced for a total of 850 vacant posts of Village Development Officer (VDO) in Rajasthan, for which the online application process has started today i.e. 19 June 2025. Now candidates can fill the form through online mode to participate in it, offline applications will not be accepted. The last date for filling the form is 18 July 2025.

There is good news for the youth looking for a government job. Rajasthan Staff Selection Board, Jaipur has issued a notification for recruitment to the posts of State Village Development Officer (Village Development Officer 2025). The application process for recruitment has started today i.e. 19 June 2025. After this, eligible and interested candidates can complete the application process on the official website of RSSB rssb.rajasthan.gov.in or through SSO ID.

Eligibility & Criteria

To participate in this recruitment, the candidate must have completed graduation or equivalent qualification prescribed by the state government. Along with this, the candidate must have the prescribed computer certificate/diploma in computer science or computer application./diploma in engineering in computer science from a polytechnic institute/RS CIT course. The candidate should have knowledge of working in Devanagari script Hindi and be familiar with the culture of Rajasthan.

Age Limit

To apply for the post of Rajasthan Gram Vikas Adhikari, the candidate must have attained the age of 18 years and must not have attained the age of 40 years. However, candidates coming from reserved category will be given relaxation in upper age as per rules. Age will be calculated keeping in mind 1st January 2026.

To participate in this recruitment, candidates can fill the form online by visiting the official website of RSSB rssb.rajasthan.gov.in. It is mandatory to deposit the prescribed fee along with the application, forms without fee will not be accepted. The application fee for the general category is Rs 600, while the application fee for OBC (NCL) / EWS / SC / ST / Divyang category of Rajasthan state has been fixed at Rs 400.
