IGI Aviation is hiring 1,446 airport staff positions.

This recruitment will fill 1446 positions in total. The application deadline has been maintained at September 21, 2025; therefore, there is still a decent possibility for interested applicants to apply.

Applications can be submitted online at igiaviationdelhi.com, and the entire hiring process is conducted online. This includes 429 posts for loaders and 1017 posts for airport ground crew.

Regarding educational requirements, only applicants who have completed their 12th grade from an accredited board are eligible to apply for the position of ground crew. A minimum of a 10th pass is required for the loader position. Additionally, the age restriction for each position has been set independently. For ground staff positions, candidates should be between the ages of 18 and 30, while loaders should be between the ages of 20 and 40.

Written exams will be used to select candidates for these positions. The test will be entirely at the tenth-grade level, and candidates will be asked questions about general knowledge, logic, math skills, English, and aviation. A total of 100 multiple-choice questions worth 100 marks will be included. The good news is that any incorrect response on the test will not result in a negative score.

In terms of pay, those chosen for the ground staff position would receive between Rs 25,000 and Rs 35,000 per month, while those chosen for the loader position will receive between Rs 15,000 and Rs 25,000 per month.

Additionally, there will be a nominal application cost for candidates. The application fee is Rs 250 for loaders and Rs 350 for ground crew. You must deposit this charge online.
