Bihar Jobs: The Bihar Technical Services Commission (BTSC) has released a notification for the recruitment of 91 Hostel Manager posts. Interested candidates can apply online by November 10, 2025.
A major employment opportunity has arisen for the youth of Bihar. The Bihar Technical Services Commission (BTSC) has announced recruitment for the post of Hostel Manager in state hostels. The commission has released complete information about this recruitment, and the application process has begun. Candidates can apply until November 10, 2025. Applications will be accepted online only, and candidates must visit btsc.bihar.gov.in to fill out the form.
A total of 91 positions will be filled under this recruitment drive. 35 percent of these positions are reserved for women. This means this recruitment drive brings equal opportunities for women. The government aims to promote women’s participation along with employment.
eligibility requirements:
To apply for these positions, candidates must have a B.Sc. (Hospitality and Hotel Administration) degree. Those who have completed a postgraduate diploma in hotel management after graduation are also eligible. Regarding the age limit, candidates must be at least 21 years old and at most 37 years old. However, age relaxation will be provided for reserved category candidates. Age will be calculated as of August 1, 2025.

The application fee for this recruitment is ₹100, which applies equally to all categories of candidates. The fee can be paid via debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI. Applications will not be accepted without the fee.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected through a computer-based test (CBT). The exam will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions, with 2 marks awarded for each correct answer. The question paper will be available in both Hindi and English. The exam will cover general knowledge, logical reasoning, and hotel management.

First, candidates must visit the commission’s website, btsc.pariksha.nic.in. Go to the “Candidate Registration” section and select the relevant recruitment link. Then, click the “Apply” button to register. Carefully fill in all the required information. After completing the registration, log in and enter the remaining details. After uploading all the required documents, pay the application fee, and submit the form. Take a printout and keep it for future reference.
