United Commercial Bank (UCO Bank), one of the country’s leading banking institutions, has begun the recruitment process for apprentice positions. Through this recruitment drive, the bank will fill a total of 532 apprentice positions. New candidates should first register and obtain login details. Fill in all personal and educational details correctly in the application form. Upload a photo and signature. Pay the application fee according to your category. After submitting the form, take a printout and keep it.

The bank has released separate vacancy details for all states and union territories. For example, Uttar Pradesh has the highest number of vacancies at 86, followed by New Delhi with 42, West Bengal with 532, and Tamil Nadu with 5. The number of vacancies in other states is determined based on state needs and the bank’s branches.

Required Qualifications:

To apply for apprentice positions, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. This degree can be in any discipline. Additionally, candidates must be at least 20 years of age and a maximum of 28 years of age. Age relaxation will be provided to reserved category candidates as per rules.

Selection Process:

Candidates will be selected based on an online exam and other criteria. The exam will be objective-type and will consist of 100 questions, each carrying 1 mark. The duration of the exam is 60 minutes. The exam subjects are: General and Financial Awareness, General English, Reasoning and Computer Aptitude, and Quantitative Aptitude.

Application Fee:

The application fee is determined according to the category of the candidate. SC/ST candidates are charged zero. Persons with Disabilities (PwD) candidates must pay ₹400 + GST, while General, OBC, and EWS candidates must pay ₹800 + GST.
