Oppo has launched its new flagship smartphones, the Find X9 Pro and Find X9, globally. Both phones are powered by the 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset and run on Android 16-based ColorOS 16. The Find X9 Pro features a 7,500mAh battery, while the Find X9 packs a 7,025mAh battery. Both phones will soon launch in India.
Oppo Find X9 Series Price and Availability:
The Oppo Find X9 Pro is priced at EUR 1,299 (approximately Rs. 1,34,000) for the base variant with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. The Oppo Find X9 is priced at EUR 999 (approximately Rs. 1,03,000) for the base variant with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
The Oppo Find X9 Pro is offered in Silk White and Titanium Charcoal colors, while the Oppo Find X9 will be available in Space Black, Titanium Gray, and Velvet Red. Both phones will be sold globally through the company’s online store.
Oppo Find X9 Pro specifications and features:
The Oppo Find X9 Pro is a dual-SIM phone that runs on ColorOS 16, based on Android 16. The company promises five years of OS updates and six years of security updates. It features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1,272×2,772 pixels. The display has a 120Hz refresh rate, a 20:9 aspect ratio, 3,600 nits peak brightness, and a 450ppi pixel density.
The screen also features Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, 2,160Hz PWM dimming, DC dimming, Dolby Vision, HDR10+, HDR Vivid, and splash touch support. The Find X9 Pro is rated IP66, IP68, and IP69, meaning it’s dust- and water-resistant. It also has SGS drop resistance certification.
According to the company, the display also has TUV Rheinland Intelligent Eye Care 5.0 certification. Powering it is the flagship 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage. The phone also features an X-axis haptic motor and an advanced vapor chamber cooling system, with a total dissipation area of 36,344.4mm².
In terms of optics, the Oppo Find X9 Pro features a Hasselblad-tuned triple-rear camera unit. It houses a 50-megapixel (f/1.5) Sony LYT-828 primary camera with a 1/1.28-inch sensor, 23mm focal length, and optical image stabilization (OIS). It also has a 50-megapixel (f/2.0) Samsung ISOCELL 5KJN5 ultrawide camera with a 15mm focal length, and a 200-megapixel (f/2.1) telephoto camera with a 70mm focal length and OIS. On the front, it has a 50-megapixel (f/2.0) Samsung 5KJN5 selfie camera.
The phone is powered by a 7,500mAh silicon-carbon battery that supports 80W SuperVOOC wired and 50W AirVOOC wireless fast charging. It also has 10W reverse wireless charging capability. For connectivity, the handset has Bluetooth 6.0, Wi-Fi 7, AI LinkBoost with Oppo RF chip, USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C, GPS, GLONASS, QZSS, and Galileo support. It also has a four-microphone setup. For security, it has a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. Its dimensions are 161.26×76.46×8.25mm and it weighs approximately 224 grams.
Oppo Find X9 Specifications and Features:
The Oppo Find X9 is also a dual-SIM phone. It shares the same chipset, operating system, IP rating, drop protection certification, and connectivity options. However, it features a smaller 6.59-inch 1,256×2,760 pixel AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz, a pixel density of 460 ppi, and an aspect ratio of 19.8:9. Other screen specifications are similar to the Oppo Find X9 Pro. It features the same VC cooling solution as the Pro model, but the standard model’s dissipation area is smaller at 32,052.5 square mm.
For photos and videos, the Oppo Find X9 features a 50-megapixel (f/1.6) Sony LYT-808 wide camera with OIS, a 50-megapixel (f/2.0) ultrawide camera, and a 50-megapixel (f/2.6) Sony LYT-600 telephoto camera with OIS. It also has a 32-megapixel Sony IMX615 front-facing camera.
It has a smaller 7,025mAh silicon-carbon battery with the same wired and wireless charging speeds as the Pro model. The Oppo Find X9 measures 156.98×73.93×7.99mm and weighs around 203 grams.
