The Mitsubishi XFC concept SUV introduced to compete with the Creta, Seltos, and other midsize SUVs.

The Japanese company Mitsubishi launched enough cars in India but the success scale of the company has only decreased. Cars from Mitsubishi in India are Celia, Evolution, Lancer, Pajero, Outlander, and Pajero Sport. Most of these cars got a decent start but today we don’t find them easily on Indian roads.

Currently, there is no news of new cars launching from Mitsubishi in India but we have our hopes high for the launch of XFC in India.

The new XFC concept SUV of Mitsubishi looks worthy enough to compete against the Creta, Seltos, and other midsize SUVs in India because of its rich features. Let’s have a look at the details of the features on offer in this concept.

Features and Interior.

Mitsubishi XFC 2

To challenge the current popular SUVs in India this XFC has to carry a lot of fancy and futuristic features. Some of the features we know are – mini-screens on both the right and left sides inside the car to give the look of the back sides of the car with the help of side-mounted cameras in the place of side mirrors. The dashboard and other interiors will have a light color with premium stitching and fit and finish. The instrument cluster and infotainment will be a continuous set of 2 screens which looks just like the Mercedes setup. The system will have android auto, apple car play, and all of the connected cars features as standard. Since Mitsubishi is a part of the Renault-Nissan alliance, there will likely be some parts shared with them.

Design of XFC.

The Design of concept XFC indeed looks futuristic and bulky. The hexagon gill design and the new set of DRL add compliments to the looks of the car. New alloys are also a part of this package. Will this design be enough to win the lost position of Mitsubishi back in India and to rival the compact SUVs like Creta, Seltos and new entrants like Grand Vitara and Urban Cruiser HyRyde? We will see that when this car enters the Indian market.

Launch and Pricing.

The launch of XFC in India is currently not confirmed by Mitsubishi but if the company did make a comeback in India the price range of XFC will be in the area of Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, MG Astor, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, and Toyota Urban Cruiser HyRyder.
