PNB Recruitment Notification 2025: The hiring procedure for the position of Internal Ombudsman has begun at Punjab National Bank (PNB). Candidates who meet the requirements can apply by going to pnbindia.in, the official website. Application submissions must be made by February 22, 2025.
According to the official notification, this position is solely contractual in nature for a set period of three years, and he or she will not be eligible for re-appointment or extension at the Bank. The candidate’s appointment will be automatically terminated upon the conclusion of the contract period. After the specified time, the Bank won’t have to send out any notifications about contract termination.”
Punjab National Bank Hiring 2025: The Choosing Procedure
Personal interaction and interviews, either in-person or online, will be used to choose the candidates. Depending on the volume and variety of applications submitted, the Bank retains the right to choose the selection process. The recruitment drive’s goal is to fill two positions.
Punjab National Bank Hiring 2025: Compensation
For the duration of their employment, chosen candidates will get a fixed monthly reimbursement of Rs 1.75 lakh, subject to any applicable tax deductions.
PNB Hiring 2025: Leave Regulations
Candidates who are chosen will receive a maximum of four consecutive days of leave per year, for a total of 12 days. There will be no provision for cashing the leave, and unused leave cannot be carried over to the following year. Except for the second and fourth Saturdays and holidays specified under the NI Act, working hours will correspond with regular banking hours.
