Big Changes in banking services to cars from 1st July, will change your lifestyle

Changes From July: Tomorrow i.e.  1st of July, mark the date in your calendar, because, from July 1, many big changes are going to happen in your life, which is going to affect everything from your kitchen to your car. Withdrawing money from SBI ATM will be expensive

State Bank of India has made changes in many of its important rules, which will be applicable from July 1. After which, Cash Withdrawal from ATM will become expensive. State Bank of India has made some changes in the rules of its ATM and bank service. SBI customers will have to pay an additional charge for withdrawing money from the bank more than four times. Including bank ATMs. After withdrawing money four times, you will have to pay a fee of Rs 15 plus GST on every transaction. All new service charges will be applicable to SBI Basic Savings Bank Deposit (BSBD) account holders with effect from July 1, 2021.

SBI checkbook becomes expensive

SBI does not charge BSBD account holders for 10 checkbooks. But after 10 Rs 40 plus GST will be charged. At the same time, Rs 75 will be charged on a checkbook with 25 checks. 50 and GST charges will have to be paid on the emergency checkbook. However, senior citizens will be exempted from the new service charges on checkbooks. There will be no charge for withdrawal of money by bank BSBD account holders at home and from their own or another bank branch.

Syndicate Bank IFSC Code Will Change

The IFSC Code of Syndicate Bank will change from July 1. Syndicate Bank account holders will get new IFSC codes as the bank is merged with Canara Bank. Canara Bank has appealed to all the account holders of Syndicate Bank to get the new IFSC Code. Without the new IFSC code, Syndicate Bank customers will not be able to do any transaction. Canara Bank has released the complete list of new IFSC Codes on its website. From July 1, new checkbooks will also be issued to the customers of Syndicate Bank in place of old checkbooks.

IDBI Bank’s services expensive 

IDBI Bank is going to change many rules from July 1. The bank has made changes in the check leaf charge, savings account charge, and locker charge. Customers will now get only 20 pages of checkbooks for free every year. After that 5 rupees will have to be paid for every check. However, the new system will not be applicable to the customers coming under ‘Sabka Savings Account’ and they will continue to get free checks for a year.

More TDS will be deducted 

The Income Tax Department has recently extended several deadlines related to income tax. In this, the date of depositing TDS for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2020-21 has been extended to 15 July. But the deadline for the TDS penalty on those who do not pay income tax will be applicable from July 1. That is, such taxpayers who have not filed Income Tax Return (ITR) for the last two years, more TDS will be charged from them. This rule will be applicable to those taxpayers whose annual TDS is Rs 50,000 or more.

Decision on interest rates of small savings schemes

Interest rates on small savings schemes such as Sukanya Samriddhi, National Savings Certificates (NSC), and PPF may come down. It is being claimed in some media reports that the central government can take a decision on cutting the interest rates of small savings schemes, if this happens, small savings schemes will get less interest from July 1. Let us tell you that before the assembly elections of 5 states, the interest rates of small savings schemes were cut on March 31, but the very next day, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman withdrew this decision, calling it a mistake. 

LPG cylinder prices will change

From July 1, the price of the LPG cylinder is revised. Oil companies have not increased prices in the month of June. But the way the prices of crude oil are increasing, it is feared that the prices of LPG cylinders can also be increased. Let us tell you that the prices of LPG cylinders are fixed on the first day of every month. At present, the price of a 14.2 kg cooking cylinder in Delhi is Rs 809.

Driving license will come home

You will no longer need to go to the RTO office to get a learning license. You will be able to get a driving license only by giving an online test at home. On passing the test, you will be able to download and take a printout of your driving license. Till now there was an arrangement that you had to go to RTO at your slot and give an online test. 

Maruti Cars Will Be Expensive

If you are also planning to buy a Maruti car, then buy it this month, because all Maruti cars are going to be expensive. Maruti Suzuki India has announced that it will increase the prices of cars from next month i.e. July. Earlier in January 2021 and April 2021 also, Maruti had increased the prices. This is going to be the third increase in the price of Maruti’s cars this year. Earlier, Maruti had increased the prices in January 2021 and April 2021 as well. Now in the next month i.e. July, the prices will increase differently according to the models. However, Maruti has not yet told how much the price will be increased.
