The ex-showroom price of Hero Electric Flash LX (VRLA) in Delhi is Rs 46,640. This electric scooter comes in two color options Red and Silver. LED headlamps have been given at the front of the scooter, which makes it look more stylish. The scooter also gets a single-seat design and a rear carry carrier.

No registration required to run

As far as mileage is concerned, this cheap electric scooter is capable of running up to 50 kms on a single charge. It has a 48V battery pack. The top speed of this scooter is 25 KMPH. It takes 8 to 10 hours for the battery to be fully charged. It does not require a license or registration to operate.

Hero Electric Flash LX (VRLA) has a digital instrument cluster, in which information about speed and battery level is available. The scooter has 12-inch alloy wheels, which make the scooter stylish as well as light in weight. This scooter also has a USB charging port for mobile charging.
