November 2021 Bank Holidays List: This time there are many festivals in the month of November. Due to which banks will not open for a total of 17 days. According to the holidays issued by the Reserve Bank of India, there are also many days when banks will not open in certain areas due to festivals or anniversaries. There is a big festival like Deepawali in early November. On this day bank workers in cities like Agartala, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Dehradun, Gangtok, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kanpur, Kochi, Mumbai, Nagpur, Lucknow will be on holiday.
Although now the glimpse of Chhath Puja is visible all over the country, it is celebrated with great pomp in some districts of Bihar, Jharkhand, and Uttar Pradesh. Banks will remain closed on November 10 in Patna and Ranchi on account of Chhath Puja. The 19th of this month is also the birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev. This day is also the festival of Kartik Purnima. Due to which banks will not open in Belapur, Bhopal, Chennai, Gangtok, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jammu, Kanpur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, New Delhi, Ranchi, Shimla, Srinagar.
When will banks be closed in November?
November 1 – Kannada Rajyotsava – Banks will remain closed in Imphal and Bangalore.
November 3 – Banks will remain closed in Bengaluru on account of Naraka Chaturdashi.
November 4 – Holiday of bank workers in cities like Agartala, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Dehradun, Gangtok, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kanpur, Kochi, Mumbai, Nagpur, Lucknow due to Diwali/Kali Puja Will stay
November 5 – Govardhan Puja – Banks will remain closed in Ahmedabad, Belapur, Bangalore, Gangtok, Dehradun.
November 6- There will be a holiday for bank employees in Gangtok, Imphal, Kanpur, Lucknow of Bhai Dooj.
November 7 – Sunday holiday
November 10 – Banks will not open in Patna, Ranchi due to Chhath Puja.
November 11- Banks will remain closed in Patna due to Chhath Puja.
November 12- Banks in Shillong will remain closed due to the Vangla festival.
November 13- Banks will remain closed due to Saturday.
November 14- Banks will remain closed due to Sunday.
19 November – Due to Guru Nanak Jayanti/Karthik Purnima, banks will not open in Belapur, Bhopal, Chennai, Gangtok, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jammu, Kanpur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, New Delhi, Ranchi, Shimla, Srinagar.
November 21- Banks will remain closed due to Sunday.
November 22- There will be a holiday for bank employees in Bangalore on account of Kanakadasa Jayanti.
November 23- Banks will not open in Shillong on this day due to Seng Kutsanem.
November 27- Banks will remain closed due to Saturday.
November 28 – Banks will remain closed due to Sunday
