Through the Aadhar Authentication History option on the official website of UIDAI https://resident.uidai.gov.in , you can see the history of the last 6 months of your Aadhar card sitting at home.
For this, first, you have to go to the official website of UIDAI uidai.gov.in and click on the option of ‘My Aadhar’.

On proceeding further, the Aadhaar Service section will open, in which after clicking on the option of ‘Aadhaar Authentication History’, you fill your Aadhaar number and the given captcha image. Then an OTP will come in the form of a message on your mobile number.
After filling the OTP, you will get 2 options. In this, an ‘Authentication Type’ in which details of biometric, etc. will be found. At the same time, the second option will be of ‘Data range’. Under this, information is available between a certain date to another fixed date.
So in the end, you can get all the information related to the use of your Aadhaar by filling your fixed time frame.
