Indian Railway: Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav has said that the special tag will be removed from trains in the next two to two and a half months. Along with this, he has announced to reduce the increased fare during the Corona period.

Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav has announced to remove the special tag from trains and reduce the increased fare soon. He said that the operation of trains in the country will become normal in two months. For this, talks are going on with the state governments. After this, the passengers will have to pay less fare as per the arrangement before the Corona period. 

Special tag will be removed from trains

The Railway Minister said this during the Jharsuguda tour of Odisha. He said that in the next two to two and a half months, the special tag will be removed from the trains. He said that after the worldwide corona epidemic, now the situation is gradually returning to normal. The Railway Minister said that for all the important trains that are there, efforts will be made to start them soon.

People will get concession as before 

The Railway Minister said that senior citizens, differently-abled and special class passengers will also get concession in fare as before. The Railway Ministry is monitoring the situation. Let us tell you that on Tuesday, the Railway Minister had reached Jharsuguda to review the action taken on the demand letter sent by the public representatives.

People are buying rail tickets from post offices 

The minister said that rail tickets are also being sold in more than 25 thousand post offices of the country. People are showing interest in it. Its scope will be further expanded. He said that the future of the postal is golden. People like the speed post and parcel system. The postal department is being reformed through many new schemes. Ashwini Vaishnav is also the Minister of Information and Technology Department with Railways.

Work will be done to lay a new railway line 

He said that wherever there is a need to lay a new railway line in Odisha, a new railway line will be laid. Apart from this, essential trains will be started soon. He said that he will do everything possible for the four and a half crore people of Odisha.
