Dispensing cash, receiving cash, delivering draughts, distributing checks, filling out Form 15H, obtaining life certificates, and presenting KYC documents are all services provided by doorstep banking.

Only customers who have completed the KYC (Know Your Customer) process are eligible for doorstep banking services. Withdrawing and depositing cash is limited to Rs 20,000 per transaction, every day.
The account holder must be present with a registered mobile number within a 5-kilometer radius of the home branch in order to use these services.
These services are not available to customers who have a joint account.
Only checks or passbooks can be used to withdraw cash.
