SBI Doorstep Banking: Cash delivery from the comfort of your own home, with a variety of services; simply register

If a customer need cash, the bank also offers cash delivery to the customer’s home. The State Bank of India has launched ‘SBI Doorstep Banking’ to help with this. You must first register to take advantage of this.

Changes have been made in many key services, keeping in mind the need of social separation in this era of Corona epidemic. The banking industry is not far behind in implementing significant reforms. The country’s largest public sector bank, State Bank of India (SBI), offers a variety of banking services to its customers from the comfort of their own homes. If a customer need cash, the bank also offers cash delivery to the customer’s home. The State Bank of India has launched ‘SBI Doorstep Banking’ to help with this. You must first register in order to use the doorstep banking service.

These services will be provided.

Dispensing cash, receiving cash, delivering draughts, distributing checks, filling out Form 15H, obtaining life certificates, and presenting KYC documents are all services provided by doorstep banking.

Only customers who have completed the KYC (Know Your Customer) process are eligible for doorstep banking services. Withdrawing and depositing cash is limited to Rs 20,000 per transaction, every day.

The account holder must be present with a registered mobile number within a 5-kilometer radius of the home branch in order to use these services.

These services are not available to customers who have a joint account.

Only checks or passbooks can be used to withdraw cash.

How to Sign Up for Home Banking

Customers of SBI can sign up for this service by going to https://bank.sbi/dsb on the bank’s website. You can also use the bank’s toll-free numbers 18001037188 and 18001213721 to get doorstep banking service. Customers of SBI can also use the bank’s DSB Mobile App to take use of these services.
