West Central Railway’s (WCR) Railway Recruitment Cell has released an application call for a number of NTPC (Non-Technical Popular Category) positions, including Station Master, Station Commercial Cumulative Ticket & Senior Clerk Cumulative Typist, Commercial Cumulative Ticket Clerk, Accounts Clerk Cumulative Typist, and Junior Clerk Cumulative Typist. For the purpose of filling the positions under the GDCE quota, a notification has been released. There are 66 openings for NTPC 12th pass candidates and a total of 55 for NTPC Graduate positions. The single-stage computer-based test (CBT) will be followed by an aptitude test or typing proficiency test (wherever applicable).
Applications are now being accepted for these positions. The application deadline is July 28, 2022. For the positions of Station Master, Senior Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, and Senior Clerk cum Typist, the applicant must be a graduate. For the positions of Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, and Junior Clerk cum Typist, the applicant must have completed their 12th grade.
Regarding the age requirement, it has been maintained at 18 to 42 years for candidates in the unreserved category. For OBC candidates, however, the age limit has been maintained at 45, and for SC ST applicants, it has been maintained at 47. Speaking of pay, the station master position pays Rs 35400 per month, the senior clerk cum typist position pays Rs 29200, the commercial cum ticket clerk position pays Rs 21700, and the accounts clerk cum typist position pays Rs 29200. Junior Clerk/Typist salary: 19900 rupees for the position and 19900 rupees each month.
