Unemployment Allowance in Chhattisgarh: If you are an unemployed youth then there is good news for you from the government. On the occasion of Republic Day, the Chhattisgarh government has announced an unemployment allowance for the youth. State Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has talked about giving unemployment allowance to the unemployed youth of the state every month. Baghel tweeted that this allowance will be given from the next financial year. Let us inform you that during the 2018 election campaign, Congress had promised to give unemployment allowance.
Congress returned to power after 15 years
On the basis of this election promise, the Congress party returned to power after 15 years. It has been announced by the party to give unemployment allowance to the unemployed youth from the next financial year. In view of the upcoming assembly elections, an unemployment allowance of Rs 2500 has been announced every month. Sources said the government is currently working on the parameters, amount, and budgetary allocation of the scheme.
Government officials are currently studying the Rajasthan model for unemployment allowance. The Rajasthan government is giving unemployment allowance to the youth since 2019 under the ‘Chief Minister Yuva Sambal Yojana’. Let us tell you that Chhattisgarh has a debt of 26.2% of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Apart from this, the Chief Minister also announced several public welfare schemes for laborers and women.
