The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) allows Aadhaar card holders to change their registered telephone numbers. You can also change your name, address, gender, and picture. Mobile numbers are regularly changed. In this situation, they must update all of their important records. One of these is the registered mobile number associated with the Aadhaar card.
Online and offline
updates are both possible for the Aadhaar-linked mobile number.
To update the Aadhaar Card-linked phone number
go to uidai.gov.in. Select Find Enrollment Center after that.
The Aadhaar Card Help Executive must
then be met at the nearby Aadhaar Center. After that, a form needs to be completed. Filling out the form allows you to submit it.
Then, in order to update the number,
you must pay Rs 50. After paying the fee, you will get an Update Request Number (URN) slip.
After that, you may verify the status
of the number change by going to myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in. You can view the progress of the Aadhaar-related number modification by choosing Check Enrollment from this page.
Keep in mind that the UIDAI will 90 days to update your new number in its database.
