May’s cars sales statistics have become more prominent. Last month, the Passenger Vehicle (PV) category reported 334,800 domestic sales. For the entire month of May, this was the highest. Maruti Suzuki India’s outstanding sales success continues. Maruti Suzuki alone has produced 7 of the top 10 best-selling automobiles. Tata Motors-owned two automobiles, whereas Hyundai owned one and Hyundai owned one. The most popular model on the list was the Maruti Suzuki Baleno. In addition, the Swift, WagonR, Brezza, Eeco, Dzire, and Ertiga from the firm got it to the top 10 list in May. Along with this, Tata’s Nexon, Punch, and Hyundai’s Creta have also been added to the list.
Top-selling vehicles:
The Maruti Suzuki Baleno has had the best sales performance in the nation during the past month. In May, 18,700 units were sold. Maruti WagonR, which held the top spot a month earlier, fell to third place this time. The Maruti Swift, which has sold 17,300 units, is ranked second on the list. 16,300 WagonR units have been sold at position three concurrently.
This time around, the Hyundai Creta
has surpassed the Brezza and Nexon as the best-selling SUV in the nation. 14,449 items have been sold in the past month. The top 10 list had it at number four. Nexon (14,423 units) and the Maruti Brezza came after it.
Top 7-Seater Cars
Maruti Eeco maintained position seven with 12,800 units. It has been the most popular 7-seater vehicle in the nation. Following this, 11,300 Dzire units were sold on the eighth. Tata Punch and Maruti Ertiga were ranked ninth and tenth, respectively. 11,100 and 10,500 units, respectively, were sold.
