Mahindra has added a new variation to the XUV300 portfolio. As a result, this subcompact SUV’s beginning price has decreased. Now that the base W2 model has been included, the range’s starting price is Rs. 7.99 lakh (ex-showroom). Overall, there are five XUV300 variations to choose from: W2, W4, W6, W8, and W8.
W4 is available for Rs 9.33 lakh
The domestic automaker has also added a new W4 option to the XUV300’s TurboSport lineup, bringing down the price. The price of the new W4 XUV300 TurboSport (ex-showroom) is Rs. 9.33 lakh. The kit for it has a few extra features. The costs of the diesel versions are still the same as before.
Electric single-pane sunroof in W4 trim
The new single-pane electric sunroof is the sole notable upgrade to the W4 trim (both gasoline and diesel engine options). The XUV300’s other features, such as its touchscreen infotainment display, compatibility with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, semi-digital instrument panel, linked car technology, smartwatch connectivity, dual-zone climate control, etc., are unchanged.
Powertrain Lineup for the XUV300
The XUV300’s available powertrain options have not changed. There are three different engine options available. The first is a 1.2-liter, inline, three-cylinder petrol engine with turbocharging that produces 109 horsepower and 200 pound-feet of torque. A 1.5-liter, inline, four-cylinder turbo-diesel engine that produces 115 bhp and 300 nm is the second option. Both of these engines have a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic transmission option.
The 1.2-liter, three-cylinder, turbo-petrol mStallion engine, which produces 129 bhp and 230 nm of torque (250 nm with boost function), is the third and most recent addition. The 6-speed manual gearbox is the only one that the mStallion unit is connected to.
