Soon, anyone can sign up for DDA apartments. This will soon start the registration procedure, and the date has already been announced.
Flat Purchase
Owning a home is a dream come true for many. Even if building or purchasing a home is highly expensive, not everyone can afford it. However, DDA is now providing individuals with the option to purchase an inexpensive home. This is also going to begin to register.
The Delhi District Authority’s
Festival Housing Scheme 2023 will soon begin selling 32,000 recently built apartments. This is also about to start with registration. The apartments will be offered via electronic auction and on a first-come, first-served basis, according to DDA representatives.
A small registration fee will also
need to be paid by those registering for a flat. The registrants will have a minimum of twenty days to visit the apartments in person. These apartments may be found at North-West Delhi’s Narela, West Delhi’s Loknayak Puram, and South-West Delhi’s Dwarka.
The procedure for registering will begin on November 24.
There are 28,000 LIG and EWS apartments in the first phase. There will be two launch phases for this plan. At the end of November, the second phase of premium apartments will begin construction. Among these apartments are penthouses, HIG, MIG, and other types of apartments.
According to DDA officials,
the purpose of the LIG and EWS apartments in Narela is to guarantee that there are enough residents in a block to make shared amenities provisioning easy. By paying the booking fee, buyers can also select the unit on the floor and location of their choice.
