Groceries, electronics, and other items are now being delivered in Bellandur and HSR Layout, Bangalore, by Flipkart Minutes. The business says it can deliver goods in 8 to 16 minutes. Currently, goods above Rs 99 are being delivered free on Flipkart Minutes. However, a platform fee of Rs 5 is being charged on every order.
The business plans to open 100 dark stores
before the start of the holiday season. It was previously reported that Flipkart intended to open 100 dark stores before to the start of the holiday season. Zomato recently declared that Blinkit’s business will surpass theirs shortly. Albinder Dhindsa, CEO of Blinkit, had previously voiced concerns about growing competition in the rapid commerce market. He mentioned that a lot of businesses spend a lot of money on marketing and subsidies.
Over 14 lakh sellers and 50 crore buyers use Flipkart.
There are currently around 14 lakh vendors on Flipkart. 50 crore customers are also connected to the business. The company offers about 15 crore products over roughly 80 categories for sale. However, given the clients’ demand, they have chosen to arrive at Quick Commerce.
