The sunroof trend is growing in the automotive industry. This function is offered by almost all manufacturers for their cars, even SUVs. Currently, a lot of cars and SUVs with single-pan electric sunroofs can be purchased for less than Rs 10 lakh.
Tata Altroz
The cheapest car with an electric sunroof in India is the Tata Altroz. This particular function is offered in the Rs 7.45 lakh XM S model. XM+S, XZ+S, XZ+ S Lux, and XZ+ (O) S are some further variations that are priced under Rs 10 lakh. You get a 1.2-liter naturally aspirated gasoline in Altroz. With its superior features, Tata Altroz has carved out a unique niche for itself in the industry with this offering.
Hyundai Exter
One of the least expensive SUVs in India with an electric sunroof is the Hyundai Exter. For Rs 8.23 lakh, the SX version offers this feature. Additional models offered at this cost include SX (O) and SX (O) Connect. These variations also come in night edition versions. The Hyundai Exter is equipped with a 1.2-liter, four-cylinder, normally aspirated gasoline engine that produces 83 horsepower and 114 Nm of torque. A CNG powertrain is an optional feature.
XUV 3XO Mahindra (Mahindra XUV 3XO)
The Mahindra XUV 3XO now has a sunroof with one pane. This functionality is priced at Rs 8.99 lakh starting with the MX2 Pro model. A single-pane sunroof option is also available on the MX3 and MX3 Pro versions. For the first time, a segment-first panoramic sunroof is also available in many variants. The XUV 3XO gets a 1.2-liter turbo-petrol engine that produces 111 Hp of power. This car also has the option of a 1.2-liter direct-injection turbo-petrol that produces 131 Hp of power and its 1.5-liter diesel engine produces 117 Hp of power.
Kia Sonet
For about Rs 8.29 lakh, the Kia Sonet HTE (O) model with an electronic sunroof is incredibly reasonably priced. In addition, the HTK (O) model, which has a starting price of Rs 9.37 lakh, has a sunroof. While the remaining trim levels also have the option of a 1.0-liter turbo-petrol powertrain, these variations come with a choice of 1.5-liter and 1.2-liter normally aspirated petrol and diesel engines.
