The whole portfolio of Piaggio Vehicles’ well-known Vespa scooter has been upgraded for the Indian market. The Italian automaker Piaggio’s Indian subsidiary unveiled the 2025 scooter models, which come with improved performance, new features, and updated designs. In addition, the business has introduced two limited-edition Vespa products to the market: Oro and Art.

Though minor cosmetic alterations have been made, the new Vespa 2025 models share a similar look to their predecessors. A 5-inch TFT digital display, which comes in Tech and S Tech versions, will be installed on the scooter. This digital instrument cluster includes features like keyless ignition, navigation, and Bluetooth connectivity. Aside from this, all models will now have LED lighting.

Vespa, which comes with two engine variants (125CC and 150CC), was introduced by the business. There are now four different versions of the upgraded 125CC scooter available. The base version starts at Rs 1.32 lakh ex-showroom, while the top-spec S Tech variant costs Rs 1.96 lakh. The 150cc scooter’s price has not been disclosed by the company. Official dealerships will start selling the new scooters on February 25.

Vespa 2025: Performance The redesigned 125cc single-cylinder engine of the 2017 Vespa scooter produces 10.1Nm of peak torque at 5,600 rpm and 9.38 horsepower at 7,100 rpm. The engine has been tweaked with a CVT gearbox for the transmission. A 150cc single-cylinder engine, which produces 11.66Nm of torque at 6,100 rpm and 11.4hp of power at 7,500 rpm, will also be an option. Additionally, the engine is mated to a CVT gearbox.
