Vande Bharat Express: Indian Railways plans to connect 75 cities in the country by the semi-high-speed train Vande Bharat by August 2023. At present, Vande Bharat trains are being operated on five different routes in the country. Passengers have got a lot of convenience due to the running of these trains. Now more distance can be covered in less time. It was claimed in many media reports that Vande Bharat trains will replace Intercity and Shatabdi Express in the coming times.
There will be no need to slow down the train,
It is now reported that the Ministry of Railways is planning to make changes in technology to further increase the speed of the Vande Bharat train in the coming times. Due to this, there will be no need to slow down the speed of the train at the turn and the train will cross the track at a uniform speed. The new technology will be implemented by the Ministry of Railways in a quarter of the incoming trains. Due to this, the train will take less time to cover long distances than before.
The average speed of the train decreases,
Let us tell you that now the train will have to slow down on the curved track. This reduces the average speed of the train and the train takes more time. If the new technology is used, the train will be able to pass through the curve at high speed. According to the information received from the sources, preparations are on to run the Vande Bharat train on the existing track with ’tilt technology’. After this technique, the train itself will bend on the curved track, and even the passenger sitting on the train will not be able to know about it.
Ministry of Railways has plans to run 400 Vande Bharat trains across the country in the coming time. In these 400 trains, ’tilt technology’ will be used in 100 long-distance trains. Right now trains are running on this technology in countries like Italy, Russia, Switzerland, China, Germany, etc.
