According to the news of Inside Sports, BCCI did not announce the schedule due to Caribbean Premier League (CPL 2021).

BCCI can announce the schedule soon
Let us know that the Caribbean Premier League (CPL 2021) will be played from 28 August to 19 September. T20 World Cup was also decided
