Alert Alert! UIDAI issued a warning on the Aadhaar card! Said- ‘Every 12 digit number is not Aadhaar’

UIDAI has issued a big warning today regarding the Aadhaar card. UIDAI has said that all 12 digit numbers should not be considered as Aadhaar, in fact, UIDAI has issued this alert after complaints of fraud regarding Aadhaar. Read this news carefully, because this warning of UIDAI is very serious, ignoring you can also cause heavy loss. 

‘Every 12 digit number is not Aadhaar’ 

UIDAI has given this warning through Twitter. In which it is written from him that all 12 digital numbers are not Aadhaar. It is suggested that Aadhaar should be verified before accepting it as identity proof. Therefore, if you do any such work in which you have needed someone’s Aadhaar, then definitely check whether the Aadhaar number given by him is actually the number of Aadhaar or not. And when you are confirmed that the given 12 digit number is of Aadhaar only, then accept it. The way to verify this has also been told by UIDAI itself.

Verify aadhar number like this

UIDAI, the statutory authority that runs Aadhaar, has said that Aadhaar card verification can be done online very easily. For this, you have to visit the UIDAI link resident.uidai.gov.in/verify. Here now you have to enter the 12 digits entered in the Aadhar card, after filling the captcha, click on the button of Verify. After doing this, you will see the authenticity of the 12 digit number on the screen.

Otherwise you may be a victim of fraud. 

Aadhar card has become the most important document nowadays, which is needed at every step. But there is also a need to be careful about Aadhaar, otherwise, you can also be a victim of fraud, because most of your sensitive information is attached to Aadhaar. Therefore, the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), the organization that makes the Aadhar card, keeps alerting people about the updates related to Aadhar.
