MG Motor India has increased the prices of its vehicles. Earlier MG Motor had increased the price of Comet EV. Now the company has increased the price of MG Astor. MG Aster is a mid-size SUV. MG Motor India has increased the price of this car by Rs 20 thousand. There are 5 variants of MG Aster in the market. The company has not made any change in the price of its entry-level variant and top-end variant.
MG Aster price increase
An increase of Rs 20 thousand is being seen in the price of MG Aster. 5 variants of this mid-size SUV – Sprint, Shine, Select, Sharp Pro, and Savvy Pro are available in the Indian market. The company has increased the prices of MG Astor’s Sharp Pro 1.5 MT Ivory, Sharp Pro 1.5 CVT Ivory, and Sharp Pro 1.5 CVT Sangria variants. There has been no change in the price of its entry-level variant and top-end variant. Because of this, the entry price and top-end price of this car are the same as before. The ex-showroom price of MG Astor starts from Rs 9.98 lakh and goes up to Rs 17.90 lakh.
MG Astor’s characteristics
The MG Aster has Autonomous Level-2 (ADAS) technology built with safety in mind. This technology not only increases driving comfort but also safety. This automobile also has a lane function, which means that if it veers out of its lane, it will signal. Additionally, this vehicle is equipped with adaptive cruise control (ACC) and rear drive assist.
MG Astor’s engine
The engine in this MG Motor vehicle is 1498 cc. On the other hand, this car produces a torque of 144 Nm at 4000 rpm and 110 ps of power at 6000 rpm. MG Astor’s gearbox is a 5MT CVT.
