The government provides the remaining half of the funds as a subsidy. Aside from that, several state governments offer farmers a 20 to 50 percent tractor subsidy at their own level.

Who will gain from it

The government will only provide this subsidy if you buy one tractor. The farmer will need an Aadhar card, a land title, bank account information, and a passport-size photo for this. Farmers can apply for this program online or in a CSC location near them.
