Omicron: Number of cases increased to 578 in the country, Delhi government issued new guidelines

Omicron Cases In India: Cases of the new variant of Covid-19 are increasing rapidly in India. Meanwhile, many states have decided to impose a night curfew. People are being appealed to wear masks and follow social distancing.

The cases of Omicron, a new variant of Coronavirus, are increasing continuously in India. Experts are fearing that due to Omicron, there may be a third wave of corona in India. The number of cases of Omicron in India has increased to 578. The highest number of 142 cases of Omicron has been found in Delhi and 141 cases of Omicron have been found in Maharashtra.

Night curfew imposed in Delhi

Meanwhile, it has been decided to implement Night Curfew in Delhi from today (Monday). Night curfew will be applicable in Delhi from 11 pm to 5 am. DDMA has issued a formal order for Night Curfew. Night curfew will remain in force in Delhi till further orders. In view of the rapidly increasing cases of the corona, it has been decided to impose a night curfew in Delhi.

Who will be allowed to leave the house

Explain that only essential workers are allowed to step out of the house during the night curfew. People can come out of the house in Delhi during the night even in health-related and emergency cases.

Corona infection rate increased in Delhi

Know that 290 cases of the corona were reported in the capital of the country on Sunday, while 1 infected died. The rate of corona infection in Delhi has reached 0.55 percent. So far 14 lakh 43 thousand 352 cases of Covid-19 have been reported in Delhi. At the same time, 25 thousand 105 patients have died in Delhi from Corona so far. At present, there are 1,103 active cases of corona in Delhi, whose treatment is going on. 583 corona infected has been home quarantined.

Night curfew has been implemented in these states

It is worth noting that night curfew has already been implemented in Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, and Karnataka. It is believed that due to the increasing cases of corona in Delhi, a yellow alert will be issued soon. Under the Yellow Alert, night curfew, closure of schools, colleges, shops of non-essential goods, seating arrangement with half capacity in metro trains and other restrictions will be imposed.
