To apply for a Duplicate Driving License in UP, first, go to the Sarathi Transport website https://parivahan.gov.in/, select the option ‘Online Services’ given here and then click on ‘Driving License Related Services’ Select. You will then be taken to the Sarathi Transport website after selecting the state of “Uttar Pradesh.” Here go to the ‘Driving License’ page and click on ‘Services on DL (Renewal/Duplicate/AEDL/IDP/Others)’. After clicking “Continue,” input the license plate number and your birthday. Then select your driving license from the DL details received and click on continue.

After that choose your state name and RTO, confirm your driving license details, and then proceed by selecting ‘Issue Duplicate DL’.
