Maruti Suzuki Baleno: In August 2022, this vehicle overtook all others in sales in the nation. It defeated the WagonR to take the top spot. Baleno sold 18418 units in August, compared to WagonR’s 18,398 sales.
The sales figures of the Maruti Suzuki Baleno and the Maruti Suzuki WagonR are hardly differentiated. There isn’t much of a distinction between the two. However, Baleno’s sales figures are significantly higher than those for Alto.
While 18418 units of the Baleno were sold in August 2022, 14,388 units of the Maruti Suzuki Alto were sold. This represents a sales difference of about 4,000 units. The Alto is currently the fifth-best-selling vehicle in the nation.
It is important to note that the Maruti Suzuki Baleno recently underwent a facelift, and the benefits of this are evident in its sales numbers. With the Baleno facelift, Maruti Suzuki has added numerous industry-first features.
No other vehicle in this segment has features like the new 2022 Maruti Suzuki Baleno’s heads-up display and a 360-degree camera. Its starting price is Rs 6.49 lakh. Its base variant costs this amount.
The Maruti Suzuki Baleno faces competition with vehicles like the Honda Jazz, Toyota Glanza, Hyundai i20, and Tata Altroz on the market. Let us inform you that Maruti Suzuki rebrands the Baleno as the Toyota Glanza and sells it. The exterior design does differ in a few ways, though.
