Step 1
If you are eligible for the scheme and you want to get an Ayushman card made, then for this you have to first go to your nearest public service center.

Step 2
After this, you will have to give your documents like Aadhaar Card, Ration Card, Residence Certificate, and Mobile Number to the concerned officer.

Step 3
Then the officer will check your documents and also check your eligibility
After this when your verification is done which comes in the form of your Ayushman card for 10 to 15 days.
