While Congress was making this statement,
opposition leader and former chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda said that the government should bring back the old pension scheme because the workers are unhappy with it. He asserted that Congress if elected to power, would put the old pension program into effect if the BJP-JJP administration failed to do so.
