According to PIB, there is currently a YouTube channel called Educational Dost that is disseminating false information. PIB verified its information and advised not to believe such misinformation.
Ban on Aadhar cards and Rs. 500 note
In its official tweet, PIB stated that a film was being released on this YouTube channel that claimed the Aadhar card and Rs. 500 currency would be outlawed in India. PIB fact-checked this video after watching it and concluded that it was entirely false.
