On December 15, 2023, the new Kia Sonet sub-4 meter SUV will make its debut. Bookings for it will open on December 20. But in January of next year, the costs of the new SUV Sonet will be made public. The revised model has undergone numerous modifications. The general profile hasn’t changed, though. Allow us to clarify the distinctions between the previous and current Kia Sonet models.
Design
Significant alterations have been made to Sonet’s front appearance. The car now boasts longer, fang-shaped LED daytime running lights and sharper 3-piece LED headlights. It also receives elegant LED fog lights and an updated grille with silver inlays. It also sports a redesigned bumper with a new air dam. A new alloy is used in the Kia Sonet.
Interior
The redesigned Sonet’s dashboard layout resembles that of the outgoing model, except a new climate control panel located beneath the touchscreen infotainment unit. It does, however, contain a lot of “feel good” items. There are features listed. A new 360-degree camera, which is also available in the new Seltos, and a sizable 10.25-inch digital instrument console are added to the SUV.
Cruise control, wireless phone charging,
ventilated front seats, an electric sunroof, a 4-way motorized driver seat, and more are features of the new Sonet. The top version of ADAS comes with ten features. Standard equipment has six airbags. The SUV also comes with a tire pressure monitoring system, ESC, and front parking sensor as standard features. The powertrain options for the new Sonet facelift are the same as those for the previous model. In contrast, the business has brought back manual gearboxes for the diesel version of the new Sonet. Three engine options are available for the SUV: a 1.2L gasoline (83PS, 5MT), a 1.0L turbocharged (120PS, 6iMT/7DCT), and a 1.5L diesel (116PS, 6MT/6iMT/6AT).
