The list of bank holidays for April
The main bank holiday in April 2024 is set for April 17, which is Shri Ram Navami. Ahmedabad, Belapur, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Dehradun, Gangtok, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kanpur, Lucknow, Patna, Ranchi, Shimla, Mumbai, and Nagpur are the places where banks will be closed. In Agartala, April 20 is designated as a holiday for Garia Puja. All banks nationwide will be closed on April 27, the fourth Saturday. An official calendar of all bank holidays observed nationwide is published by the RBI.
