What should I do if my phone has apps installed?

You must first remove these applications from your smartphone. The wallet recovery phrase should always be entered in the official apps as well. We recommend that consumers always download software from reliable sources and the official website.

To maintain robust security, always have two-factor authentication activated. Additionally, continue to periodically check the activity in your wallet.

How to remove these applications

Step 1: You must first navigate to Settings. You must click on Apps here.

Step 2: At this point, you must choose the questionable app and remove it.

You must select the Device Admin Apps option from the Security section of the Settings menu if you are unable to remove the app using the previously described approach. You then need to turn off app access.
