The US on Monday fully approved the corona vaccine Pfizer and this has strengthened the confidence among the people about the vaccine. This vaccine has got full approval at a time when the country is facing the most dangerous delta variant of the coronavirus (COVID-19 Virus).

The vaccine developed by Pfizer and its partner BioNTech has received full approval from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of the US, which previously did not have enough evidence to decide on the safety of a vaccine. Now Pfizer can be considered as the safest vaccine in America.
Emergency use of Pfizer vaccine started in the US in December and since then more than 200 million doses have been given. “The public can have full confidence that this vaccine meets the high standards of safety, efficacy, and quality that are required by the FDA to approve a product,” said FDA’s acting commissioner, Janet Woodcock.

According to Pfizer, the US has become the first country to give full approval to this vaccine, and the company’s CEO, Albert Burla, in a statement, expressed the hope that this decision will help increase people’s trust in our vaccine, where we can help save lives. More than half of America’s population has been fully vaccinated and has been vaccinated by any one company from Pfizer, Moderna, or Johnson & Johnson. The FDA is also allowing emergency use of the third dose of Pfizer or Moderna vaccines for people with very weak immunity.
