This 450 cc adventure bike from Royal Enfield is expected to be introduced in early 2023.
Royal Enfield’s upcoming 450 cc adventure bike has been spotted testing for the first time. The new Himalayan 450 is built on an all-new platform, which includes a new 450 cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that will generate around 40 Bhp. The new spy shots reveal the thick upside-down forks of the bike, which are expected to come with at least 200mm of travel. To differentiate the bike from the Himalayan 411, a 21-inch front wheel and a 17-inch rear wheel can be found.
The new Himalayan 450 gets several design changes in comparison to the existing Himalayan 411.

The new Himalayan 450 also gets several design changes as compared to the existing Himalayan 411. The face looks sharp, though the round headlight remains intact. This includes a smaller windscreen, split seats, upside-down mounted exhaust and spoke wheels. There is only one spy shot of the bike available at the moment, but we expect to see more glimpses of the Himalayan 450 in the times to come.
The new Himalayan 450 is likely to be launched in the market in the first half of 2023 and is expected to be priced between Rs. 2.7 to Rs. 3 lakhs. Once launched, the new Himalayan 450 will take on adventure touring motorcycles like the KTM 390 Adventure and the BMW G 310 GS. At the moment, it is not clear whether the new Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 will replace the Himalayan 411 in the market or will be sold together.
