Musk’s ultimatum to Tesla employees: “Come in for 40 hours a week or leave; work from home will not be available.”

Elon Musk has made a difficult decision regarding his electric vehicle company, Tesla. A Tesla-related email has been leaked on social media. It has been announced that the work from home (WFH) program that began as a result of Corona will be discontinued.

It is stated in the mail that the employee must come to the office and work for at least 40 hours per week. That is if Tesla Company has 5 days of work and the remaining 2 days are holidays, then 5days dictates that approximately 8 hours of work must be done from the office every day. According to the leaked screenshot, this email was written by Elon Musk to Tesla employees. In the mail, his name is also written. Elon Musk has warned Tesla employees to either work from home or leave the company.

It is unclear whether this email was sent on Elon Musk’s behalf. However, the company has not yet provided any clarification. Someone else tagged Musk and asked him a question about the email. Musk responded by suggesting that he pretend to work somewhere else.

Employees must report to the main office.

According to the order, the employees must report to Tesla’s main office. It will not work if an employee works in a distant branch office. That is, you must only come to the main office. It is also stated in the mail that factory workers spend more time in the office than this (8 hours).

Musk wishes to establish a Tesla plant in India. Musk also wishes to establish a Tesla plant in India, but there are numerous obstacles. Musk stated last week that Tesla would not establish any manufacturing plants in areas where it was previously prohibited from selling and servicing the vehicle.

Musk has been trying for a long time to sell Tesla’s cars in India, but he needs the government to waive import taxes. The Government of India has made it clear to Tesla in numerous forums that if they want to sell their car in India, it must be manufactured in India. Automobiles manufactured in China will not be sold in the United States. Instead of a duty exemption, the government has asked them to participate in the PLI scheme.
