The salaries of central employees will rise in September by 27,000!

Soon, central employees will learn some wonderful news. The government will shortly enhance the employees’ salaries. In September, the government may announce an increase in the dearness allowance (DA Hike), according to media reports. A fresh statistic was released at the beginning of this month, and as a result, word is spreading that the government can raise the dearness allowance by 4%. The July 2023 AICPI index data has been made public.

The dearness allowance for central staff would reportedly increase by 4%. central employees will begin receiving DA at a rate of 42% in January 2023. At the same time, following a 4 percent gain, the DA received by the employees will be 46 percent.  Information obtained from the AICPI index: Information obtained from media reports indicates that this decision may be made during the cabinet meeting scheduled for September. By June 2023, the entire dearness allowance will have risen to 46.24 percent, according to the AICPI index. However, decimals are not counted by the government. Thus, only 46% of the votes will be decided.

Information gathered on the basis of the AICPI index between January 2023 and June 2023 indicates that the DA of the employees will rise by 4% during this period as well. However, the government has not yet made an official announcement about it. The Central Government may shortly approve raising the dearness allowance.

>> Basic salary – Rs 18,000 per month
>> New dearness allowance – Rs 8280 per month (46 percent)
>> Current DA – Rs 7560 per month (42 percent)
>> How much increased – 8280-7560 – Rs 720 per month Month
>> Annual Salary Increase – 720X12 – Rs 8640

>> Basic salary – Rs 56,900 per month
>> New dearness allowance – Rs 26,174 per month (46 percent)

>> Annual salary increase – 2276X12 – Rs 27312
