With a starting price of Rs. 2.43 lakh, TVS Motor Company has unveiled the eagerly anticipated TVS Apache RTR 310 naked sport bike. The new bike will face off against the BMW G310R, the brand-new KTM 390 Duke, and the incoming Yamaha MT-03. The new motorbike has a contemporary look. Three variations of the new TVS Apache RTR 310 have been released: Arsenal Black, Arsenal Black (without quick-shifter), and Fury Yellow. It costs correspondingly Rs. 2.43 lakh, Rs. 2.58 lakh, and Rs. 2.64 lakh (ex-showroom). There are three kits available for BTO (Built to Order): Dynamic Kit, Dynamic Pro Kit, and Sepang Blue. They cost correspondingly Rs 18,000, Rs 22,000, and Rs 10,000.
The TVS Apache RTR 310’s features
It is built on a brand-new trellis frame with an entirely new rear subframe and split seat design. Newly designed alloy wheels are also added to the motorcycle. It includes a TFT screen with lots of connecting options. Trapezoidal mirrors are added to the bike, giving it a radically distinct appearance from its fully faired sibling (Apache RR 310). Cruise control, five ride modes, dynamic headlights, climate-controlled seats, dynamic dual tail lamps, a bi-directional quick-shifter, race-tuned dynamic stability control, and a tyre pressure monitoring system are just a few of the industry-first innovations available on the new Apache RTR 310.
Engine TVS Apache RTR 310
A 312.2cc, single-cylinder, 4-valve, liquid-cooled engine with 34PS and 27.3Nm of torque has been provided to power the motorcycle. Power and torque are reduced to 25.8PS and 25Nm in Urban and Rain modes, respectively. A 6-speed gearbox transfers power to the rear wheel. It is stated that it can travel at a top speed of 150 km/h. It takes about 2.81 seconds to go from 0 to 60 km per hour.
