The notification for the 2023 West Bengal Public Service Commission (WBPSC) Clerkship Recruitment has been released. Filling Lower Division Assistant or Government Jobs for Clerk positions in the Secretariat, Directorate, District Offices, and other regional offices is the aim of the recruiting campaign.
As to the announcement published by WBPSC on its official website, wbpsc.gov.in, qualified applicants can begin submitting their applications for the hiring campaign from December 8.
The recruitment deadline for these Government Jobs is December 29, 2023
The registration cost, however, is still refundable through December 30, 2023. Although a tentative June 2024 date has not been set, the recruiting exam is expected to take place on that day.
Candidates must have successfully finished the Madhyamik examination and the 10th grade from the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education, any State Board, or CBSE in order to be eligible to apply online for the WBPSC Clerkship Recruitment 2023. Candidates must also possess a basic understanding of computers and be able to type 10 wpm in Bengali or 20 wpm in English.
Age Limit
The WBPSC Clerkship Notification states that candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 40. Applicants must not have been born before January 2, 1983, or after January 1, 2005. Government regulations influence age relaxation.
Application cost
Candidates must pay an application fee in order to complete the WBPSC Clerkship Application Form. Candidates from the general category will need to pay Rs 110. Candidates from the economically disadvantaged segment, OBC, and SC/ST are exempt from application costs. The WBPSC Clerkship Recruitment 2023 vacancy information are still pending.
Government Jobs – Procedure for selection
There are three components to the WBPSC clerkship selection procedure. Part I is the first exam, of the optional variety. The written exam in Section-II comes next. Lastly, a typing exam will be required of the candidates.
