For any Indian youth, joining the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) is a source of immense pride. Many young people have had a childhood desire to work for ISRO. Candidates are hired for a variety of positions in this according to varied qualifications. ISRO recently announced job openings for Technician B and Draughtsman B positions. ISRO Vacancy Information
35 positions are up for filling through this hiring drive, 34 of which are for Technician ‘B’ positions and one is for a Draughtsman ‘B’ position.
Age restrictions
Applicants for these positions must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
Choice Process
The selection process for these positions will involve both a written exam and a skill test. You will have 90 minutes to complete the paper in this assignment. First, a written examination with 80 questions will be given. Each correct response will receive one mark, while each incorrect response will receive a deduction of 0.33 marks. On the basis of their performance in the written test, candidates will be selected in a ratio of 1:5 for the skill test.
ISRO Recruitment – Application Fee
A flat $500 application fee is required of all applicants. Candidates from categories exempt from fees will receive a complete refund. Other applicants will receive a reimbursement of Rs 400 after the application cost has been reduced by Rs 100.
