The White House has sixty days to review the ITC judgment, which was made in October. Apple kept selling both of its devices at this time. It was compelled to cease selling these devices in the US, nevertheless, after the White House supported the ITC’s ruling.

Apple will act

it has stated that it will take all required action to address the International Trade Commission’s (ITC) ruling and will expeditiously resume sales of its smartwatch models.

This smartwatch will still be sold.

The International Trade Commission (ITC) has ordered that only Watches without the blood oxygen monitoring capability may be sold in the United States. Watch SE is one of these as well.
