If any farmer did not get the 15th installment due to non-completion of e-KYC or lack of other documents and now he has completed the process. So this time it is expected that Rs 4000 will come into the account of such farmers.

Who is not qualified for the program?
Farmers for whom income taxes are paid do not qualify for the benefits of the PM-Kisan plan. In addition, individuals who hold constitutional positions like as mayors of municipal corporations, presidents of district panchayats, and current or former members of the Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha, State Legislative Assemblies, and State Legislative Councils are also ineligible to receive benefits from this system. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman stated during the presentation of the interim budget 2024–25 that initiatives to increase farmer income and add value to the agriculture industry will be pursued. According to him, 11.8 crore farmers are receiving financial support from the government as part of the PM Kisan Yojana.
