Car EMI will not bother you if you do these 3 things! Agents give bluff like this

0

How to Pay Car EMI Easy: The number of car buyers in India is continuously increasing. Now taking a loan on a vehicle has also become very easy. You can apply for a car loan even from the comfort of your home. However, many people get worried while paying the EMI of the car taken on loan. You buy an expensive car under the guise of an agent, but sometimes a situation arises that you are not in a position to pay the EMI. Here we are telling you the 3 things that you must do before buying a car on loan.

1. Choose a car according to your budget

In fact, when you go to buy a car, the agents try to sell you the most expensive model regardless of your budget. Many times customers fall into this trap and end up buying a car which is out of their budget. Since they are taking the car on loan, they buy the car even after having less money in the beginning, but when they have to pay a hefty EMI, the customers get upset.

2. Make so

Try to make as much down payment as possible while buying a car. By doing this, the EMI installment will also become smaller and you will also have to pay minimum interest. For example, if you are buying a car for Rs 10 lakh, try to pay half of that amount as a down payment. By doing this, you will have to pay the EMI of the remaining Rs 5 lakh only.

3. How old should the loan be? How old should

Your car loan duration is also an important factor. Experts believe that a car loan of a maximum of 4 years is correct. By doing this, your EMI every month does not remain large. Besides, 4 years isn’t a very long time for a car. This means that the vehicle will be completely yours for the first few years.

Delhi: NGT sets up panel to oversee Yamuna cleaning

0

The National Green Tribunal (NGT) has constituted a high-level committee for cleaning the Yamuna in Delhi. It will be headed by the Lieutenant Governor (LG) of Delhi. In view of the complete failure of the Delhi Government to comply with the orders of the Supreme Court and NG for the last 29 years, a committee has been constituted to monitor and comply with the orders.

The bench said that it seems that the decisions of the Supreme Court and the NGT have been ignored to a large extent in the matter of cleaning the Yamuna. The orders were not implemented within the prescribed time limit. The performance of the Delhi government in meeting the ground reality and accountability for cleaning the Yamuna has not been satisfactory. From the point of view of cleaning and pollution control of Yamuna, it seems necessary that top administrative officers should be involved in this.

After brainstorming on all aspects, the NGT constituted a high-level committee of concerned officers. The Lieutenant Governor, being the chairman of the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) and the administrator of Delhi, has been asked to head the high-level committee.

The uncontrolled flow of pollutants continues even after spending crores Despite the order issued for Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP), the uncontrolled flow of sewerage continues in Najafgarh and Shahdara drains. Due to incomplete sewerage work in many residential areas also, the level of pollution in Yamuna can be seen in the data displayed on the website of the Delhi Pollution Control Board and NGT. The order was not followed even after spending Rs 1500 crore on behalf of the Delhi government.

0

Delhi has once again banned BS3 Petrol (BS3 Petrol) and BS4 Diesel (BS4 Diesel) cars from Tuesday. The ban is temporary, but it was necessary following a rise in pollution levels in the national capital over the past few days. The ban will be in effect until at least Thursday, January 12. The ban may be extended if the pollution level does not come down in the next three days. A similar ban was implemented last month after pollution levels increased around the Delhi NCR region.

The Delhi government on Monday decided to ban these cars based on the third phase of the revised GRAP and the directions given under Section 115 of the Motor Vehicles Act. The order issued by the Transport Department of Delhi states, “With immediate effect, BS3 petrol and BS4 diesel LMVs (4 wheelers) will be permitted in the National Capital Territory of Delhi till the date of January 12, 2023, or until the downward revision. GRAP phase, whichever is earlier.” Whichever is earlier, the ban will remain in place (except for vehicles deployed in emergency services, police vehicles and government vehicles used for enforcement).

According to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), the pollution level on the Air Quality Index (AQI) in Delhi rose to 434 on Monday, more than 60 points recorded on Sunday. The order from Delhi’s transport department further states that the sub-committee “will review all works envisaged under GRAP – Phase-III of ‘severe’ air quality (Delhi AQI between 401-450) in the entire NCR by all concerned agencies.” has recommended.” implemented with immediate effect.”

Anyone who violates the enforced ban will be prosecuted under certain sections of the Motor Vehicles Act and will have to pay a very heavy fine. The Delhi government order states that BS3 petrol and BS4 diesel cars plying till Thursday will be prosecuted under Section 194(1) of the Motor Vehicles Act, which imposes a fine of Rs 20,000.

Tata-Mahindra will be sweating, Hyundai Creta Electric is coming, the price will be only this much

0

Hyundai Creta Electric SUV: Tata Motors has the largest share in the Indian electric car market. At present, its market share is more than 80 percent. Mahindra has also made aggressive plans for the electric car market and is going to bring many new products in the EV segment in the coming times. But, now Hyundai will not be left behind either. According to media reports, Hyundai is planning to bring an electric version of its best-selling SUV Creta. Reports say that the Hyundai Creta Electric is in the works, which could be made available for sale by the year 2025.

Significantly, the position of Creta in the compact SUV segment is very strong. It continues to be the best-selling SUV in its segment almost every month. In such a situation, if its electric version comes in the market, then naturally this compact SUV will make the competition more difficult for other car manufacturers in the EV segment. Tata and Mahindra are also working on some new EVs, which can compete with the Creta EV in the market.

According to media reports, the codename of the Hyundai Creta EV SUV is SU2i EV. Its production can be started by the end of 2024. Talking about the prices, the Hyundai Creta EV is expected to cost around Rs.15 lakh for the base model and around Rs.30 lakh for the top-end variant. The electric SUV could be produced at the carmaker’s Chennai facility. Hyundai has invested Rs 1,472 crore in FY22 to increase the manufacturing capacity of the plant (up to 8.5 lakh units).
